SPECIFICATIONS

FRAMELESS CABINETS: Doors and cabinet box to include 5/8" thick high quality industrial board or plywood. Exterior laminated with HPDL (or) High Quality Thermofused Melamine, backs will be 1/8" thick board with 5/8" thick top and bottom hang rails for mounting to rear wall, finished toe kicks, wall cabinets include adjustable shelves, hinges included will be concealed and are fully adjustable.

LAMINATE COUNTERTOP: Shall be laminated, 45 pound industrial grade, tested for stability, water absorption and strength. Hot-spray contact adhesive for bonding laminate to substrate are tested continually for pull strength and durability. All moldings are applied with highest quality hot melt adhesives, developed for our use. Laminate include HGP42 horizontal purposed grade .042" + or - .003". Standards surpass NEMA, ANSI, HUD, FED MILITARY SPECIFICATIONS and OSHA standards.

STAINLESS STEEL COUNTERTOP: (special order) Countertop shall be constructed of 20 gauge (type 304) chrome nickel stainless steel throughout with a No 4 satin polish. Countertop shall have a drop-in stainless steel sink, back splash and finished for installation.

SINK BOWLS: Measure either 17"x 21"x 6" (or) 15" x 15" x 5" heavy 20 gauge stainless steel with a 3 1/2" stainless steel basket strainer.

24" MICROWAVE OVEN: Will include 800 watt minimum, 115 volt, 1.0 cu./ft., 15 amp, time defrost, auto defrost, temp/cook/hold probe, express cook, auto roast, 10 power levels, electronic digital display with clock, 5 stage program cooking, interior light, separate plug-in connection required.

30" COMBO MICROWAVE OVEN: Will include microcomputer touch, electronic timer, auto defrost system, auto stand, 1 stage programmed cooking, electronic clock, 10 level cooking power control, in-use reprogramming, automatic start, oven interior light, sealed shelf accessory kit-bi-level cooking rack, error indicator, end of cooking and cycle signal, on/off audible signals, diagnostic system, 1000 watt minimum, 1.5 cu./ft. capacity, non-vented, exhaust fan-2 speed touch control, damper, grease filter, charcoal filter, blower type,115 volt, separate 15 or 20 amp, separate plug-in connection required.

TWO BURNER COOKTOP: Electric two burner cooktop. Includes durable steel casing, 240 volt with 2-1100 watt burners, (or) 120 volt with 2-1000 watt burners, separate direct connection required.

TWO BURNER COIL COOKTOP: Shall be electric and consist of one (1) 6" and (1) 8" elements with indicator light. Cooktop available 115 volt, 208 volt or 240 volt separate direct connection required.

UNDERCOUNTER REFRIGERATOR: Shall have a net capacity of 6.0 cu./ft. including a 30 pound full width freezer section. Net shelf area shall be 10.4 sq./ft.. Features shall include automatic cycle defrost, light, magnetic gasket, sliding shelves, poured-in place high efficiency insulation, full height inner door storage liner, door trim to accommodate an insert panel, adjustable leveling legs, hermetically-sealed, self-oiling cushion mounted compressor. Refrigerator shall be removable and shall operate on 115 volt, 60 cycle A.C. separate plug-in connection required.

UNDERCOUNTER REFRIGERATOR/ICEMAKER: Shall have a net capacity of 4.2 cu./ft. including a built-in icemaker producing up to 13 pounds of ice storage. Features shall include light, magnetic gasket, sliding shelves, poured-in place high efficiency insulation, full height inner door storage liner, casters, adjustable leveling legs and hermetically-sealed, self-oiling cushion mounted compressor. Refrigerator shall be removable and operate on 115 volt, 60 cycle A.C. Separate plug-in connection required.

LIGHT FIXTURE: 18" length, cabinet mounted, bulb included, 115 volt, 2.0 amps, separate plug-in connection required. Light includes an approximate 2.5' pigtail.
