Delivery Information
|
Shipment / Delivery / Acceptance. All products will be shipped by an independent trucking company.
Trucking company will not be responsible for unloading any freight.
Customers or customers contractor will have the responsibility to unload freight.
If customers select to have the freight unloaded by the trucking company, customers are asked to specify and request this service in advance of final purchase with the knowledge that additional cost will result and will be added to final purchase.
Upon shipment of freight, customers will be notified by Kitchen Systems and provided the name and telephone number of the trucking company so that at customers convenience, customers can arrange delivery of freight directly with the trucking company.
If delivery of product is delayed by customer requiring warehousing of product or if delivery attempt is not made requiring re-delivery, all costs will be customers responsibility.
Kitchen Systems suggests that customers refuse delivery of product if there is indication of shipping damage. If customers select to sign and accept product with shipping damage, include a notation on the signed shipping receipt indicating "Damaged" also noting the damage.
Open all boxes immediately and inspect for concealed damage. Save all shipping material including boxes for truckers inspection.
Customers accepting freight are responsible for filing freight claim with trucking company if damage freight has occurred.
